This fully renovated Hollywood Hills retreat required a custom brand identity for its launch on to the Los Angeles real estate market in 2025. Tucked away in the coveted Outpost Estates—near to the energy of Sunset Boulevard with its chic boutiques and dining—the home is a peaceful, mid-century modern haven with canyon views and clean, modern lines. To match the quality of the renovation, the project required a suite of high-end marketing materials, to include custom logo, a high-end coffee table book, targeted digital marketing, and elegant postcards.

INSPIRATION

The property photography showed a beautiful natural environment with gorgeous view planes. Unique interior finishes included pale, wide-plank hardwood flooring, custom kitchen cabinetry, Italian marble countertops, and show-stopping marble bathrooms. I carefully chose the natural color palette of deep sage green, eucalyptus, and sun-bleached chaparral to mimic the refined interior design and the many hues of the surrounding canyons. 

PROCESS

I opted for a hand-drawn double circle logo and a font with softer edges to reflect the natural, organic shapes and beauty of the home’s surrounding environment. I felt these would complement the earth-toned color palette, and I paired them with a clean, sans serif font to represent the sleek mid-century modern lines of the home itself.

GOAL

The property required a unique brand identity that conveyed its seamless indoor-outdoor living and surrounding green space. While it’s located near to one of L.A.’s most bustling areas, including the Sunset Strip and West Hollywood, the property itself feels like a quiet oasis tucked up in the hillside.

RESULT

Inspired by the home’s beautiful mid-century modern design, Italian-imported marble finishes, and other interior elements, every piece of the brand system was crafted to evoke a casual elegance that would appeal to upscale buyers. The property was sold in October 2025 for $3.675 million.
