Crafting a unique personal brand for Los Angeles native and luxury real estate professional Jordan Ginsburg began with getting to know him, his clientele and his career goals. Jordan serves a high-net-worth clientele and provides the highest level of personalized client service. His brand needed to convey his real estate expertise and the creative background he developed in luxury fashion.

INSPIRATION

I drew inspiration from the collection of images depicted here—including the elegant design of luxury sports cars, classic timepieces, and tasteful men’s fashion. I focused on quality and timelessness, keeping those characteristics in mind to create a logo that would represent Jordan’s unique experience and personality to his clients.

PROCESS

While I adhered to The Agency’s brand fonts for Jordan’s name, I had the freedom to create a custom monogram using his initials. I opted for gold foil against a matte black card stock for his business card design to convey his high-touch, personalized level of service, as well as the caliber of listings he often represents.

GOAL

Jordan’s brand identity needed to be unique, fluid and easily readable, and align with The Agency’s branding. The resulting design has a multitude of potential use cases, including brochures, business cards, direct mail postcards, digital property marketing, social assets, and more.

RESULT

Knowing his logo needed to be versatile, I created both a simple monogram, and an expanded version to include his full name. From the logo to the personalized brand kit, each element was created to resonate with Jordan’s high-net-worth clientele, and present Jordan as a confident resource in the L.A. real estate market for buyers, sellers and developers.
