This project called for a suite of marketing tools to promote agents, offices, and listings across The Agency’s key corporate regions, including Los Angeles, New York City, and Arizona. The work involved brand storytelling across billboards, print ads, brochures, social media assets, and signage—all crafted as a unified system. Each piece was designed to drive recognition for the parent brand while effectively launching or sustaining its presence in these highly competitive real estate markets.
INSPIRATION
The inspiration was The Agency’s West Coast lifestyle brand energy paired with the fast-paced, sophisticated approach of the company’s New York City offices and agents, and in Arizona, with a more localized take on the parent brand. For the NYC agent marketing, for example, I looked to iconic NYC editorial design and high-fashion outdoor advertising to ensure the brand’s marketing felt at home in a city known for its discerning fashion and style standards.
GOAL
The primary objective was to strengthen The Agency’s brand presence in both new and established markets, and humanize their brand with the friendly faces of local agents. We set out to create a multichannel campaign that would spark interest among discerning buyers and sellers—positioning The Agency not just as a brokerage, but as a premier luxury lifestyle brand. Each asset was designed to highlight the magnetic personalities of the agents while subtly referencing the unique architectural or cultural styles of their respective locales.
RESULT
The resulting campaign successfully introduced or reinforced The Agency’s presence through a series of high-visibility touchpoints. By aligning the brand’s global reputation with localized, agent-focused marketing, we created a system that feels both national and global, while also personal and local. The work provides agents with a suite of sophisticated tools that distinguish them in the world’s most crowded and competitive real estate markets.
